1 Organic Pineapple Wedge
4 Organic Mint Leaves
.5 oz Organic Agave
1 oz Papagayo Organic White Rum
.25 oz Navan Vanilla Liqueur
2 oz Club Soda
Garnish: Pineapple Wedge and Mint
Muddle the pineapple, mint and agave nectar in a tumbler, being careful not to pulverize the mint. Add the rum, Navan and a handful of ice. Top with club soda and stir. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a mint leaf.
