Ingredients
1 Organic Pineapple Wedge
4 Organic Mint Leaves
.5 oz Organic Agave
1 oz Papagayo Organic White Rum
.25 oz Navan Vanilla Liqueur
2 oz Club Soda

Garnish: Pineapple Wedge and Mint
Glass: Tumbler

Mixology
Muddle the pineapple, mint and agave nectar in a tumbler, being careful not to pulverize the mint. Add the rum, Navan and a handful of ice. Top with club soda and stir. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a mint leaf.

6 tablespoons pineapple juice
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup Malibu rum or other coconut-flavored rum
2 tablespoons light rum
2 tablespoons gold rum
2 tablespoons dark rum
2 pineapple wedges
2 orange slices

Mixology
Fill cocktail shaker with ice; add pineapple juice, orange juice, and all rum. Cover and shake until very cold. Fill 2 short glasses with ice. Strain cocktail mixture over, dividing equally. Garnish with pineapple wedges and orange slices.

1 cup fresh lime juice
2 cups simple syrup
3 cups amber rum
4 cups orange juice
4 dashes of bitters
freshly grated nutmeg

Mixology
Combine ingredients into a pitcher, add a few bitters, and serve chilled over ice

•2 oz pineapple juice
•3/4 oz rum
•3/4 oz blue curaçao
•3/4 oz creme de coconut

Garnish: Maraschino cherry and pineapple wedge

Mixology
Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice cubes, stir well and strain into a collins glass

•1 oz Van Gogh Vodka
•1/2 oz GranGala Triple Orange Liqueur
•1/2 oz peach nectar
•Prosecco, such as Brunetto
•sliced peaches and raspberries for garnish

Garnish: Slice of peach and two raspberries

Mixology
Add all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice, shake well, and strain into a champagne flute

This is a great summer drink that works well at barbecues and other social gatherings.
